Money from stolen electricity is used for Love Jihad and Land Jihad in Malegaon : Nitesh Rane, BJP

Malegaon (Maharashtra) – Electricity worth ₹300 crores is being stolen in the city. BJP MLA Nitesh Rane has said that this money from electricity theft is used for Love Jihad and Land Jihad. He was speaking at a press conference. He also warned that if such a large amount of electricity is stolen and the money is used in terrorist activities, we will not tolerate it.

In this regard, Rane said that the officials cannot even go to the mohallas (locality) to ask questions regarding the electricity theft in Malegaon. They cannot even go to recover payments. Jihadis have created so much terror in their mohallas. We have informed Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis that the money in this regard is being used for Love Jihad and Land Jihad. Fadnavis has given us his nod to build the Police Commissionerate in this area.

Editorial Perspective

For how many years in Malegaon electricity bills are not collected ? Why did the concerned officials not inform the Government about this ? Or is it that even after reporting it, no measures were taken ? Answers in this regard should be given by both Mahavitaran (MSEDCL) and Police Administration.
