Agriculture Minister Dr Kirodilal Meena demanded a ban on hijab in schools across the State. He said that uniform rules should be followed in schools. Hijab should be banned not only in Government but also in private schools and madarasas. I will talk to the Chief Minister about this. When the Mughal invaders came to India, they started the tradition of Hijab. Burqa and hijab are not acceptable in any way in our country. If the uniform rule is not followed, tomorrow some Police officers will come to the Police station wearing kurta and pyjama.
