Lucknow (UP) – During the Shriram Janmabhoomi agitation in Ayodhya in 1990, the firing order issued by then Samajwadi Party Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav on the Karsevaks was justified, stated Samajwadi Party leader and Mulayam Singh’s brother Shivpal Yadav. He added the decision to fire at Karsevaks was necessary to maintain law and order.
