Case of hurting the religious sentiments of Hindus by Sahajayoga Dhyan Kendra

Jalgaon, Maharashtra – A Christmas programme was organised at Sujan Mangal Karyalay by Sahajayoga Dhyan Kendra. During the event, Shri Ganesh, a revered Deity in Hindu Dharma, was depicted in a distorted form, adorned in Santa Claus attire. Additionally, on another poster, the statement ‘Jesus was the son of Shrikrushna. He is the basis of human character’ was written. Notably, at the venue, Shri Ganesh was shown smaller in size as compared to Jesus.
Complaint lodged by VHP at the Police station
As this incident has deeply offended the religious sentiments of Hindus, Dr Sanjay Shah, the Amalner city president of Vishva Hindu Parishad, has filed a complaint against the organisers, namely Bhikesh Navneethlal Saraf (Parola), Bhika Mali (Pachora), Dinesh Kumawat (Jalgaon), and four to five other individuals at the Amalner Police station. Present at the time were Mr Nikhil Jagdale, Mr Hitesh Shah, Mr Mukesh Pardeshi of Vishva Hindu Parishad, and others.
