FIR registered against actor Ranbir Kapoor for reciting ‘Jai Mata Di’ while pouring alcohol on the cake

Mumbai – Ranbir was seen having a ball at the Christmas lunch with Uncle Kunal Kapoor (Shashi Kapoor’s son) and his cousins. While he was seen posing with the family, a video of him joining Kunal who was cutting the cake, Ranbir helped him to set the Christmas cake/pudding on fire went viral. In the video, a man pours liquor over the cake as Ranbir, sitting beside Alia Bhatt, lights it and says ‘Jai Mata Di’. Sanjay Tiwari has filed the complaint at Ghatkopar Police station through his lawyers Ashish Rai and Pankaj Mishra, claiming that in the video the actor is seen pouring liquor on a cake and setting it on fire while saying “Jai Mata Di”, which has hurt the religious sentiments of Hindus.
