Thane, Maharashtra – The National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested fifteen people in raids on 9th December. The leader of the terrorist organisation ISIS was also arrested among the others. Saqib Nachan had given an oath of ‘Bayath’ (Loyalty to the organisation) to the other members. He was the Khalifa of Padgha village in Bhiwandi. All of them together declared Padgha village as ‘Al Sham’ (Free Zone). He was encouraging influential Muslim youth to leave their homes and come here to build a large ISIS network in Padgha.
