Israel’s criticism of the President of Turkiye

New York (USA) – Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations, Gilad Erdan, remarked about the President of Turkiye, Tayyip Erdogan, saying ‘A snake will always be a snake’. He also added that Israel has decided to recall all their diplomats from the Embassy in Turkiye. President Erdogan, while addressing a pro-Palestine rally, said that they were preparing to get Israel named as ‘war-criminal’. The President said, “While Israel was committing this crime for the last 22 days, all the leaders of western countries were silent, they do not even appeal for a ceasefire”. Earlier also, he had called Israel’s attacks on the Gaza Strip as ‘a genocide’.

Responding to the accusations by Erdogan, the Israeli Prime Minister said, “If you are accusing our soldiers of ‘War-Crimes’ then it is a hoax. The Israeli Army is the most ethical Army in the world.”
