Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar – The book titled ‘Dabholkar- Pansare Hatyaa : Tapaasaateel Rahasye (Dabholkar-Pansare Murders : Mysteries in Investigations)’ was written by Dr Amit Thadani after studying ten thousand pages of the chargesheet filed in these cases. The Court will, of course, do justice in this case. The book is an attempt to expose the issue, stated Dr Bhagwat Karad, BJP’s leader and the Union Minister of State for Finance.  He was speaking at the programme held to release this book, at ‘Yashwantrao Chavan Natyagruh’ in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The book earlier written by Dr Amit Thadani in English about the murders of rationalists titled ‘Rationalist Murders’ has been receiving a good response. After that, he wrote a separate book in Marathi on the investigations into the murder cases of Dr Narendra Dabholkar and Comrade Govind Pansare.

Dr Karad, Union Minister of State for Finance; Dr Amit Thadani, the author of the book and renowned surgeon from Mumbai; advocate Virendra Ichalkaranjikar, the National President of ‘Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad (HVP)’, and Mr Kamalesh Kataria, the President ‘Sankalp Hindu Rashtra Abhiyan’ released the book. Shashikant Kulkarni, retired District Judge, and H.H. (Adv.) Suresh Kulkarni, the founder member of HVP were also present on the occasion.

Throwing light on the inconsistencies in investigations, Dr Thadani, the author of the book said that CBI, later seized the revolver used in Dr Dabholkar’s murder. Still, how can the same revolver be used in the murder of Comrade Pansare, and it can come back into the custody of CBI ? It is a conspiracy. Nobody has tried to find the real offenders. Only one pro-Hindu organisation was implicated in the investigations.

Advocate Virendra Ichalkaranjikar said that Sachin Andure, an accused in the Pansare-Dabholkar murder cases, works as an accountant in a shop. Pansare was murdered on the morning of 16th February 2015 when he was claimed to be in Kolhapur. His work records, however, show his absence for half a day on that day. It means that he went to Kolhapur from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, killed Pansare, and returned by afternoon. How is it possible ? How much time is required to go to Kolhapur and return to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar ? The Police, however, do not want to answer these questions. This book is a surgical strike by a surgeon.

Mr Kamalesh Kataria, the President ‘Sankalp Hindu Rashtra Abhiyan’ said on the occasion that there are five crore cases pending in various Courts across the country. Pro-Hindu activists are waiting for justice in many cases, but unfortunately, they are oppressed under the guise of secularism.
