A conspiracy that there should not be peace in Manipur !
The NIA said that its investigation has revealed that militant groups based in Myanmar and Bangladesh have hatched a conspiracy with a section of militant leaders in India to indulge in violence with an intention to drive a wedge between different ethnic groups and to wage war against the Government of India. They do not want at any cost that there should be peace in Manipur.
They are getting support from other Indian Militant organisation !
NIA Investigation reveals, “And for this purpose, the aforementioned leadership have been providing funds to procure arms, ammunition and other types of terrorist hardware which are being sourced both, from across the border, as well as from other terrorist outfits active in northeastern States of India to stoke the current ethnic strife in Manipur”. Terrorists from Myanmar are infiltrating into Manipur and attacking the Hindu Meitei Community and the Security Agencies. This is done to increase the violence in Manipur. There are some videos on social media of the firing done by them.
The special facilities given at the border are being misused !
The border between Bharat and Myanmar is 1,643 kilometres long. There is no barrier built along this border. Hence, the citizens can easily move to and fro across the border. Then in the year 2018 under ‘Free movement regime’ some people of certain tribes from the 4 States of the north east, can freely enter upto 16 kilometres into Myanmar, similarly the citizens of Myanmar too can enter Bharat. The terrorists are misusing this facility and infiltrating into Bharat. Their dialect and culture are similar and so it is difficult to identify them.
