New Delhi – The Supreme Court has agreed to hear a petition filed against Tamil Nadu Government Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin for making a derogatory statement against Sanatana Dharma. Udhayanidhi Stalin, A Raja, and others were served notice in this regard by the Supreme Court. In spite of this, the Court refused to tag the notice with the petition against hate speech filed by three of them.

In response to a petition filed against Udhayanidhi Stalin’s statement that Sanatana Dharma should be eradicated, the Supreme Court issued this notice. The petitioners sought registration of a case against Stalin and the Sanatana Dharma eradication Meeting organisers. According to the petition, the investigation should be handed over to the CBI stating the remarks are unconstitutional.

What could be more shameful for Hindus with a population of 100 crores than filing a petition in the Supreme Court to register a simple crime against derogatory statements about their religion ? This shows that Hindus have no place in their own country.
