Kolkata (Bengal) – Riazul Haque, a former leader of Trinamool Congress (TMC) posted a photo on social media in which he is seen gifting his wife an AK-47 rifle. He removed the photo after it created a controversy. He claimed that the rifle was not real and there was nothing wrong with what he did.

BJP’s Birbhum District President Dhubro Saha said, “From where Riazul got his gun should be investigated. He is a former leader of TMC and is close to the State’s Deputy Speaker. What is the message being conveyed here ? Is Taliban rule being promoted here ? Does he want to make the future generation jihadi ?
