Ruckus in the Parliament for the 8th consecutive day over Manipur violence

Both the houses adjourned for some time

New Delhi – On the 8th consecutive day of the monsoon session of the Parliament, the Lok Sabha was adjourned till 2 p.m. and the Rajya Sabha till 12 p.m. due to ruckus created by the opposition parties over Manipur violence.

When Manipur’s point was raised in the Rajya Sabha, BJP’s leader of the house and Union Minister Piyush Goyal said, ‘We are ready for a discussion today but the opposition is running away from it’.

Due to consistent ruckus in the Parliament, the Houses are not functioning. No strict action is being taken against the responsible MPs. It is time to decide whether to continue the Monsoon session of the Parliament or not !
