Srinagar (J&K) – Kashmir University Public Relations Officer (PRO) Faheem Aslam, Police Constable Arshid Ahmed, and revenue department employee Hussain Mir were sacked by Lt Governor Manoj Sinha on charges of aiding Pakistani terrorists. They are accused of propagating terrorist ideologies and collecting money for terrorists. All three accused were working for Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI and terrorist organisation Islamic State.
According to the information given by the media, the three employees were under surveillance for a long time.
Faheem Aslam, Public Relations Officer of Kashmir University created a post on social media on 23 May 2020 which read, ‘A truth that can never be changed. Kashmir will always celebrate Eid with Pakistan. We will stay with Pakistan’. In another post, Faheem praised the terrorists killed in Kashmir.
