Saints should always stay away from the politics : Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri

New Delhi – “Saints should not even look at politics. Saints should always stay away from the politics. Entry in politics has limitations. The Sadhu’s journey should be infinite”, stated Pandit Dhirendra Krishna  Shastri of Bageshwar Dham, during an interview to Zee News. He was answering to a question, whether he would enter into politics.

The country must have a Uniform Civil Code – Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri 

When asked about the Uniform Civil Code, he said, “I support this law. Uniform Civil Code is highly mandatory for the country. How one country can have two laws ? If the same father has two children, how will they be given different facilities ?”, He asked. He further said,” the Uniform Civil Code will not harm traditions of any religion”.

Even if two-third of the 100 crore Hindus wake up then Hindu Rashtra will be established – Dhirendra Krishna Shastri

While talking about Hindu Rashtra, He said, “Hindus like Kumbhakarna are  sleeping. There is need to wake them up. I am not provoking anyone. I am asking Hindus to know about their real identity and they should be vigilant about Sanatan tradition and culture. Even if two-third of the 100 crore Hindus in the country wake up, no one can stop India from becoming a Hindu Rashtra. When this quantity of Hindus wake up, then they should create pressure on the Government for the Hindu Rashtra.
