Muslim youth who raped a cow caught and thrashed by the locals in Uttarakhand

Haldwani (Uttarakhand) – Hafiz, a Muslim youth, who raped a cow was caught by the locals and handed over to the Police. He is a native of Rampur, Uttar Pradesh. He had tied a red coloured thread on his wrist.
