Amit Shah unveils 54 ft Hanuman statue

Botad (Gujarat) – On the auspicious day of Hanuman Jayanti, Home Minister Amit Shah unveiled on Thursday a grand 54-feet tall statue of Deity Hanuman at Sarangpur temple in Botad District of Gujarat. Shah also inaugurated the Kastabhanjandev Bhojnalaya at Salangpur. It is believed that by taking the darshana of the Hanuman in this temple one can get freed from the anger of Deity Shani.

This statue is made from 5 metals and weighs 30 thousand kilograms. It is visible from a distance of 7 km as well. For making this statue Rs 6 crore was invested. This statue was built by Sadguru Gopalananda Swami. Deity Hanuman in this temple is known as ‘Hanuman Dada’.
