Mrs Rajashree Tiwari said, “The incidents of missing Hindu girls and young women have risen considerably in the last 3 years. Today, the problem of love jihad has reached every Hindu’s house; therefore, there is a dire need to pass a stringent law against love jihad. There needs to be a provision in this law to keep away Hindu girls from the property of their parents if they have inter-religion marriages. There should also be a provision to obtain the approval of girls’ parents for such inter-religion marriages before granting legal permission.”
