Kolkata – ‘Al Qaeda’ and ‘ISIS’ is involved in the violence, in Kolkata’s Mominpur, is the accusation made recently by BJP MLA Suvendu Adhikari. He was speaking to the Press after meeting the Kolkata Police Commissioner. Suvendu Adhikari claims that 5 thousand Hindus have fled the area during the Mominpur violence. In this connection Suvendu Adhikari took out a morcha from the Vidhansabha till the Raj Bhavan and presented the petition. He wrote a letter to Amit Shah, the Home Minister at the Centre and requested that the Central Police Force be deployed here.

Suvendhu Adhikari told the Press that he met Kolkata’s Police Commissioner and discussed the situation arising from the violence. He also said that the 3 Police officers were under treatment in the hospital.
