Reasons for the boycott
The old statements of Amir Khan and Kareena Kapoor are reasons for the disappointment amongst the public. Kareena Kapoor said a few days ago, “Don’t watch our movies, no one forced you.” This statement has faced strong opposition on social media.
1. A user said to Amir Khan that his wife had said that India is an unsafe place to live. Then why is he releasing the film in India ?
2. Another user has appealed not to waste money earned with efforts on this movie. A few years ago, Amir Khan had said that offering milk to Shiva Lingam is a waste.
3. Some others said that instead of watching ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’, it is better to watch the original movie ‘Forest Gump’.
