Suspicion of Pakistan’s hand behind the Kanpur violence

Kanpur (UP) – On the 3rd of June the religious fanatics rioted in Kanpur about the Nupur Sharma issue. On Police investigation into this riot, it was observed that all through the violence there was telephonic contact with Pakistan.

The information is that number through which the contact was maintained belongs to a known gangster Atik Khichadi. Atik is absconding since the day of the Kanpur violence.

Editorial viewpoint

If the violence is being orchestrated by Pakistan, then it can be seen how useless is India’s internal security. Tomorrow if and when there is a war with Pakistan and the fanatic terrorists rise in this kind of rioting will our Police be able to handle it ? This has to be thought about now itself.
