Trade unions have a hold on the masses and can make mass mobilisation during strikes. They have again called for a strike to get their demands met. It is a fact that this will affect the country and cause a great loss to the country, but please note that no trade union ever talks about it. |

New Delhi – Trade unions had declared a two-day nationwide strike on 28th and 29th March protesting against the Government policies. On 28th March, the Bandh’s effect was seen in States like Haryana, Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu. Trade unions staged protests in these States. The employees of the Railways, Roadways, Transport, and Electricity Departments also supported the Bharat Bandh.
