New Delhi – On 17th February, AAP had circulated a fake letter to falsely claim that the Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) is supporting Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in the Punjab elections, claimed the banned Khalistani terrorist organisation, SFJ. A person identifying himself as AAP spokesperson Raghav Chadha had called the SFJ and asked them to own the fake letter. Raghav Chadha also offered them money for it and promised that when AAP comes to power, they will pass a resolution in the Punjab Assembly in support of the Khalistan Referendum, stated in the letter. A report of this matter has been published on the website of the news channel OPP India.

Just a few hours after the victory of AAP in the Assembly elections, the banned Khalistani terrorist organisation SFJ wrote a letter to the AAP leader Raghav Chadha. In the letter, the SFJ claimed that AAP got votes and funds, including funds from foreign nations from pro-Khalistani elements to secure AAP victory in Punjab.
