Russia confirms ceasefire against Ukraine

Moscow (Russia) – Russian President Vladimir Putin has shown his determination to stop the war with Ukraine. US President Trump has proposed a 30-day ceasefire. In a press conference with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, Putin said, ‘We support the proposal to stop the war; but we have another idea. The issue between the two countries should be resolved by a permanent ceasefire. It is necessary to find the root cause of the crisis and find solutions to it.’ Along with this, Putin further said that he is grateful to US President Donald Trump, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as well as the leaders of Brazil and South Africa, who are paying so much attention to Ukraine’s decision; because their aim is to achieve a greater goal, which will prevent the loss of lives and finances.
