Issue of wearing hijab in Karnataka colleges !

Bengaluru (Karnataka) – The Karnataka High Court gave its decision on a proposal seeking permission to wear hijab in college. The High Court clarified that the Court does not work based on emotions but according to the Constitution. For Courts, Constitution is Geeta. Whatever the decision is, it will apply to all the proposals.

Advocate Devdatta Kamat, representing the proposal of hijab said that wearing hijab is an important part of the Islamic culture.

On this, the advocate of the State Government said that the colleges have been given the freedom to choose their uniform. If anyone has issues with it, they should contact the college administration.
