China sues the Government of Sri Lanka in the International Court of Justice

Goods imported from a Chinese company were rejected due to poor quality and returned midway

Many countries so far have experienced the poor quality of Chinese goods. A befitting reply given by Sri Lanka to China by returning the goods is worth learning by other countries.

Colombo (Sri Lanka) – 20 thousand tons of goods imported from a Chinese fertilizer company were rejected and returned by the Sri Lankan Government citing poor quality of the goods.

So the upset Chinese company has filed a petition against the Sri Lankan Government in the International Court of Justice in Singapore.
