Eight countries meet along with India on the Afghanistan issue

Kabul (Afghanistan) – India hosted the National Security Advisor-level dialogue with eight Asian countries to discuss about the Afghanistan issue on 10th November. It was mentioned in the Manifesto that, they should try not to allow the soil of Afghanistan for global terrorism. So also an inclusive Government needs to rule the country.

Taliban’s spokesperson Suhail Shaheen said that the Taliban has been looking at this meeting as a positive step and we wish that it will assist in establishing peace and stable rule in Afghanistan. We will support any project that will bring peace and stability to our country and assist in generating employment for citizens to combat poverty. Therefore, we agree to all the proposals stated in the National Security Advisors’ meeting.
National Security Advisors of India, Iran, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan had participated in the meeting. China and Pakistan also were invited to this meeting, but both countries refused to attend.
