Do not be discouraged with the thought that your spiritual level has not reached 60%; increase your efforts in spiritual practice by taking autosuggestions !

If a seeker’s destiny is severe, his spiritual progress takes time because his sadhana is spent in completing the destiny !

  • Some seekers get discouraged when they think, ‘Why does my spiritual level not reach 60% ?’ Such seekers should remember that to reach this spiritual level, many aspects are instrumental such as spiritual practice in the previous birth, sanchit (Accumulated give-and-take-account, which is created as a result of wilful actions), destiny, bhav, yearning, distress due to negative energies, personality defects, ego, continuous efforts to perform spiritual practice, etc.
  • If a seeker’s destiny is severe, his spiritual progress takes time because his spiritual practice is spent in completing the destiny. If he tries without expectations and consistently, he will certainly progress spiritually when the time is right.

1. Take autosuggestions to imprint this thought – ‘If other seekers can progress spiritually, I too will certainly progress’.

2. Introspect where are you falling short in your spiritual practice. Seek the help of your seeker-family members and co-seekers in your spiritual practice. Ask the seeker who reviews your vyashti sadhana as well as the responsible seeker if the direction of your spiritual practice is correct.

3. Try to understand from the seekers who are in your contact and have attained the spiritual level of 60% or more – ‘What are their virtues ? How did they make efforts for the removal of personality defects and ego ?’, etc.

4. ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ publishes articles on the unique characteristics of seekers who have attained the spiritual level of 60% or more, as well as Saints’ journey in their spiritual practice. One should try to adopt those virtues by studying them.

Due to the invaluable guidance of Gurudev, the seekers are progressing rapid spiritually even in these adverse times. Therefore, seekers, do not worry about spiritual progress, but keep striving with unwavering faith in Shri Gurudev !
