Jammu (J&K) – In the view of Covid-19 situation after the 2nd wave of pandemic, Kashmir LG Manoj Sinha has decided to cancel the annual Amarnath Yatra. He said, ‘The decision is taken keeping public health in mind’. Just as last year, this year too Amarnath’s worship will be done by conducting the Chhadi Yatra. Amarnath’s aarti will be live streamed on the Shrine Board’s mobile based application that can be downloaded from Google Play Store. The Board had initially scheduled the pilgrimage to begin on 28th June.
