Gopalganj (Bihar) – On 16th August 2016, 19 people were killed and six people lost their eyesight due to consumption of illicit liquor in Khajurbanni. Nine of the accused were sentenced to death and four women to life imprisonment by Gopalganj Court. One of the accused died during the trial.
