Lucknow (UP) – 104 retired bureaucrats opposed the anti-Love Jihad law passed by the state BJP government and had written a letter to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath requesting that the law be withdrawn. Now, a ‘Forum of Concerned Citizens’, comprising of over 224 retired bureaucrats and judges has written a letter to the Chief Minister endorsing the law. Further, they have mentioned that although a group of retired bureaucrats claim to be apolitical, actually they are biased and their policy is similar to that of the opposition party.
