Bengaluru (Karnataka) – CBI arrested Karnataka Congress’ former Minister Roshan Beg in I-Monetary Advisory (IMA) ponzi scam. He was summoned to the CBI office and later arrested based on the material evidence. He has been remanded to judicial custody. Karnataka based IMA and other firms in that group were promoting the ponzi scheme in compliance with Islamic banking rules. Lakhs of people were deceived with the fake promise of giving more returns for the investments in this scheme.
