New Delhi – The end of the eight-month-old conflict of the standoff of two armies is near. Both countries agreed on the plan to withdraw the army and weapons on all disputed sites. There will be three phases of withdrawal. This was decided in the eighth round of talks of High-Level meeting at Chushul between the officers of both armies.
