Rohtang (H.P.) – PM Modi inaugurated world’s longest ‘Atal Tunnel’. This tunnel will not only benefit the public, it will make it easier to provide ration to the Army too. It would become much easier to reach the China border in any season, said the PM.

This tunnel is the largest in the world. It is 9.02 Kms long. The distance between Manali and Leh has been shortened by 46 Kms and the entire journey has reduced by 4-5 hours. Lahaul Spiti valley, which used to get disconnected with the rest of the country during snowfall will now be connected entire year.
