There may be a threat to Kashmiri BJP leaders on the occasion of completion of one year of scrapping of Article 370

This is a clear indication that in spite of completion of one year of the scrapping of Article 370, still the terrorist activities in the state of Jammu and Kashmir have not stopped. Terrorism will end only after wiping out Pakistan.

Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir) – The historic decision of scrapping of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir is completing one year on 5^th August, 2020. According to reports, there is a possibility of targeting BJP leaders by terrorists. A red alert has been issued throughout the State. Prior to this, a BJP leader from the State Wasim Bari was killed, and another leader has been kidnapped.

Special Superintendent of Police, Imtiyaz Hussain has alerted BJP spokesperson Altaf Thakur in this regard. A terrorist organisation named ‘Al Badar’ has employed terrorists to come in Police uniform and attack the concerned BJP leaders. Prior to this, additional security has been given to Thakur.
Srinagar’s District President of BJP Ashok Pandit has cited his security concerns to the BJP State President, Avinash Rai Khanna, . According to Pandit, he has been requesting the Police administration to provide him security, but the Police has not paid any attention to his request. Talks have been held between Former Governor Satyapal Malik and Director General of Police, Dilbagh Singh. Even then, security has not been provided to him. There is discrimination in providing security. (If BJP leaders themselves are not provided security, what will be the position of common people. – Editor)
BJP spokesperson Retired Brigadier Anil Gupta has also said that, “There should be a change in rules with regard to providing security to workers of political parties, and the Police personnel deployed in the security arrangements should be specially trained”.
