Follow the security instructions given in view of the coronavirus outbreak seriously and strictly, and become worthy of ‘Hindu Rashtra (Nation)’ !

1. Since the corona-virus poses a frightening situation everywhere, it is inevitable to follow the safety instructions :

Presently, coronavirus infections are on the rise in India. The virus is spreading rapidly after the lockdown restrictions have been relaxed. In States or Districts which were earlier declared ‘Corona-free’, the number of coronavirus patients has been rising rapidly due to the increase in the movement of patients. Since coronavirus has created a frightening situation everywhere, everyone must seriously and strictly follow all the instructions given by the Government or the administration.

2. In the current situation, seekers should follow the instructions given ahead strictly !

A. Go out of the house only if it is very essential or urgent. If any seeker or seekers are asked to go out for seva, other seekers should not accompany. Individuals below 10 years and above 65 years of age should not go out of the house.

B. Avoid unnecessary visits to each other’s houses, avoid unnecessary travel, follow rules of travel if it is absolutely necessary to go out.

C. Avoid crowds, observe social distancing, wear a mask and make sure that your nose and mouth are completely covered.

D. Always opt for ‘Online’ transactions instead of cash transactions.

E. Frequently wash hands or use a sanitiser.

These instructions should be strictly followed. Specifically avoid mediums through which contact with others is established. It should also be ensured that spiritual remedies and individual spiritual practice is performed regularly.

Saints and Maharshis are performing rituals day and night for the protection of seekers. Therefore, everyone should try to keep their health and that of the family members in good condition by taking appropriate precautions.
