Who was Nancy Grewal?
Nancy Grewal frequently expressed clear opinions on issues related to Punjab on social media. She had previously commented on Khalistani terrorist Amritpal Singh, political leader Bikram Singh Majithia, and Gurinder Singh Dhillon associated with the Dera Beas sect. In addition, she often criticised Khalistan supporters and expressed her views on issues such as tensions between India and Canada.
Editorial PerspectiveCanada’s Prime Minister Mark Carney recently visited India and signed agreements, effectively taking a stance of cooperation with India against Khalistan. Therefore, it appears more likely that Khalistani supporters in Canada may have been behind this killing. |
