
Kolkata – A special court of the National Investigation Agency has sentenced a Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist to 10 years of imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 70,000. His name is Sayyad M. Idris, and he is a resident of Karnataka’s Uttara Kannada district.
He was recruiting young Muslims in Bengal into Lashkar-e-Taiba. Proceedings are ongoing against two of his associates.
