Hindu sweet shop owner murdered by Muslims in Bangladesh!

Killed while trying to stop the assault on a Hindu employee inside his shop!

Dhaka (Bangladesh) – In Bangladesh’s Gazipur district, a 55-year-old Hindu sweet shop owner, Liton Chandra Ghosh, was brutally murdered. When a Hindu employee working at his shop was attacked, Ghosh intervened to stop the assault, following which he was struck with a shovel and killed. During the incident, the mob immediately apprehended three accused persons and handed them over to the police.

Liton Chandra Ghosh owned a shop named “Boishakhi Sweetmeat and Hotel” in the Baranagar Road area. At around 11 a.m. on January 17th, a boy named Masum Mia entered the shop. An argument broke out between Masum and Ananta Das, a 17-year-old employee working at the shop. The altercation escalated into verbal abuse and physical violence.

Subsequently, Masum’s parents; Mohammad and Majeda; arrived at the spot and joined Masum in assaulting Ananta Das. When Liton Ghosh intervened to protect the young employee, Masum, Mohammad, and Majeda attacked him with a shovel. The injuries were so severe that Liton Chandra Ghosh died on the spot.
