(Claim!) ‘This is Murshidabad and no one can come here and even touch the Babri Masjid!’

MLA Humayun Kabir’s indirect warning to Hindus

MLA Humayun Kabir.

Murshidabad (Bengal) : Within three years, a Babri Masjid will be constructed, and no government or political power will be able to stop it. This is not Ayodhya. This is Murshidabad. No one can come here and touch the Babri Masjid! These are the words of local MLA Humayun Kabir.

Despite having been expelled from the Trinamool Congress, he remains firm on the construction of the Babri Masjid. He has also begun collecting funds from the public for this purpose. So far, more than ₹20 crore has been collected, along with thousands of bricks.

(Claim!) ‘If Saying ‘Jai Shri Ram’ is not wrong,  saying ‘Allahu Akbar’ is also not wrong!”

Humayun Kabir stated that in 2019, the Supreme Court had decided to allot the disputed site for the construction of the Shri Ram Temple. “While we have accepted the court’s verdict, the thought occurred to me that the Babri Masjid should be built elsewhere. I have no connection whatsoever with Babur. Since there is pain in people’s hearts, I am naming this mosque as ‘Babri’” he said. He further stated that if raising slogans of ‘Jai Shri Ram’ during elections is considered appropriate, then saying “Allahu Akbar” (Allah is great) is also not wrong. He added that 25 bighas of land (approximately 15.5 acres) have been purchased for the mosque and that the documentation process is underway. He also said that Namaz would be offered there every Friday.

Through this warning, Kabir is indirectly suggesting that Murshidabad is not in India, but in Bangladesh or Pakistan. It is shameful for Hindus that, even after India was partitioned on religious lines and Pakistan, and later Bangladesh, were formed, such threats are still being issued by Muslims within India!
