Bhavnagar (Gujarat) – Karnavati Police have arrested Bhavnagar district NSUI (National Student Union of India) President Arshmankhan Baloch in a major cyber fraud case. A complaint alleged that Baloch duped people of ₹47.50 lakh under the guise of false investment schemes. Acting on the complaint, the Police took Arshmankhan Baloch into custody.

Investigations have revealed that the accused assisted cyber-fraud syndicates by providing them with bank accounts to park money obtained through havala transactions (a special system of transferring money used in Arabia and South Asia). He received a 25% commission on these havala funds and amassed significant illegal wealth. (People who claim that ‘criminals and terrorists have no religion’ should take note; a majority of the accused in such cases are Muslims – Editor).

1. During a visit to Dubai, Arshmankhan Baloch met a member of a cyber-fraud gang, after which he began supplying bank accounts to facilitate their criminal operations.

2. He collected the money that was deposited in these accounts through various local contacts. He kept 25% of the proceeds for himself and transferred the remaining amount to the foreign-based fraudsters in the form of crypto currency. (Crypto currency is virtual currency; it has no physical form and cannot be used as normal legal tender.)

3. Baloch amassed crores of rupees through these fraudulent bank accounts. Police investigations into the case are ongoing.

Editorial Perspective

It is now necessary to impose a ban on the Congress party, which is increasingly filled with individuals who are fanatic, anti-national, and criminal in nature.
