Infiltrator suspected to have connection with Pakistan

Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) – Security forces on November 24th arrested a Chinese infiltrator near the Nepal border in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh. He was caught while entering Indian territory without any permission and making videos of sensitive places.

The arrested Chinese national is from Hunan province of China and his name is Liu Kunjing. During interrogation, it was revealed that he did not have any valid documents for entry into India. Currency notes of Pakistan, China and Nepal, 3 mobile phone sets and a map of Nepal were seized from him. During interrogation, it was also revealed that he had visited Pakistan and returned. He has been handed over to the Police for thorough interrogation. A case under the Foreigners Act has been registered at the
Rupaidiha Police station in Bahraich and he has been arrested. The Police and other security agencies are conducting further investigations in this case.
