Mumbai : A film titled The Taj Story, which exposes the reality that the Taj Mahal was originally Tejomahal, a temple of Lord Shiva, will be released nationwide on 31st October. The false narrative that Mughal emperor Shah Jahan built the Taj Mahal in memory of his wife Mumtaz was deliberately fabricated.
Historian P. N. Oak conducted deep research on this subject and wrote the book “Taj Mahal – Not a Tomb but a Temple of Shiva (Tejomahalaya)”. However, during the Congress Government, this truth was suppressed to appease Muslim sentiments. Now, this very truth has been brought forth through the film The Taj Story.
The film is produced by Suresh Jha and written and directed by Tushar Amrish Goel, starring veteran actor Paresh Rawal in the lead role. The film’s powerful storyline and the reactions on social media have sparked nationwide curiosity and excitement.
A Story of Struggle for Truth
In the film, Paresh Rawal plays the role of a guide who provides information about the Taj Mahal to tourists. During his work, he discovers numerous Hindu symbols on the monument such as the Swastika, Shrifal (coconut), Trishul (trident), and Om.
Upon deeper study of the structure, he uncovers evidence of twenty two locked rooms and various Hindu symbols found in the Taj Mahal’s basement.
As his investigation continues, he realizes that the Taj Mahal was originally a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The film depicts his dangerous pursuit of truth, the massive opposition he faces from religious extremists who try to suppress it and his legal battle to bring the truth before the nation; creating a thrilling and emotional narrative of courage and sacrifice.
What Makes This Film Unique ?
1. The film presents historical references and strong architectural evidence of Hindu cultural elements within the monument. Its arguments are not based on speculation, but on solid facts and proof.
2. The film’s poster shows Paresh Rawal pushing aside the dome of the Taj Mahal, symbolizing the revelation of its hidden secrets.
3. While some media outlets claim that the film may ignite Hindu–Muslim tensions, in reality, it is expected to become a milestone in uncovering the truth of the Taj Mahal before the entire nation.
