The post was removed after protest by Shri Shiv Pratishthan Hindusthan Dharkari Vineet More

Mumbai – On Vijayadashmi Day, a reputed restaurant ‘Persian Darbar’, in Byculla, circulated a post on social media showing a non-vegetarian dish, chicken biryani with bow and arrow. In response, Shri Shiv Pratishthan Hindusthan Dharkari Vineet More from Badlapur reprimanded the owner of the restaurant for hurting Hindus’ religious sentiments. Taking cognisance of the matter, the restaurant removed the controversial post and issued an apology by the artist who had created it.
The advertising professional Dhaval Bartakke, who had created the post, issued an apology. “I am a Hindu, and I respect all faiths and festivals. It was my personal mistake that I showed non-vegetarian food, chicken, in a Dusshera post.” (Due to lack of education on Dharma, a Hindu artist denigrates Hindu Dharma in the name of creativity. – Editor)
Editorial PerspectiveCongratulations to the devout Hindu Vineet More for rebuking those who hurt Hindu religious sentiments on the day of a Hindu festival ! Would ‘Persian Darbar’ dare to circulate such mocking religious posts on the festival days of followers of other faiths ? |
