Furious Hindus demand an apology from Farah Khan
Mumbai – Director Farah Khan is a judge on Celebrity Master Chef. Recently in an episode of this programme, Farah Khan commented that Holi is the favourite festival of Chhapris (Hooligans). Hindus have expressed their ire about this and demanded an apology from Farah Khan.
In this video, actor Gaurav Khanna and chef Vikas Khanna are seen talking in the background whereas Farah Khan addresses the camera and says, “Holi is the favourite festival of all Chhapris”.
Farah Khan is being much criticised for her comment. A Hindu has posted a response on a social media site; if Farah Khan, who calls Holi the festival of Chhapri Boys, has guts then she should say the same about Eid. Insulting Hindu festivals is not being secular, it is a sign of intellectual bankruptcy. Apologise or face a public reaction.

In this programme, actor Gaurav Khanna called Holi his favourite festival. To pay his respects to Holi, Gaurav Khanna had created a special delicacy which looked very colourful. Chefs Vikas Khanna and Ranveer Brar praised him while Farah Khan commented that Holi is the favourite festival of the Chhapri people.
Editorial PerspectiveThis incident proves that fanatic Muslims never lose any opportunity to spew venom against Hindus. Hindus must create conditions where such people will not dare to comment upon Hindu festivals and Deities. |
