Prayagraj (UP) – A unique exhibition demonstrating the great science behind the Maha Kumbha Mela, various religious rituals, traditions, ceremonies, worship, Gangajal, pilgrimage sites, as well as music and dance, has been set up by Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay (MAV) at the Maha Kumbha Mela in Prayagraj. Scientific research on various religious rituals at the Kumbha Mela will also be conducted by MAV. As a result, devotees will now have the unique opportunity to witness a combination of Spirituality and science at the sacred Triveni Sangam of the Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati in Prayagraj, and all are encouraged to benefit from it, as announced by MAV at a press conference.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Mr Gauri Shankar Mohta (of Geeta Bhawan, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand), with Sadguru Nilesh Singbal (of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti) and Mr Krishna Mandva (of MAV) present.

The press conference was addressed by Mr Krishna Mandva, Ms Jyotsna Gandhi and Mrs Sujata Thacker. During the event, the findings from MAV’s research at the 2019 Kumbha Mela were also presented, highlighting the discovery of special spiritual properties in the waters of the Sangam during the Amrit Snan (Holy dip).

Mr Krishna Mandva said that a special research video presentation would showcase the positive impact of Gangajal during the Amrit Snan, the spiritual vibrations of the Triveni Sangam water, and their effects on human life. MAV’s music and dance section has conducted over 700 performances, with a special video presentation of devotional Kathak dance. An example will also be presented in the exhibition of a person suffering from eczema (Skin disease) for 20 years who cured the disease through chanting.

Mrs Sujata Thacker mentioned that MAV was founded by Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Jayant Athavale. MAV’s mission is inspired by the famous Rigveda verse – ‘Krinvanto Vishwam Aryam’ (Meaning : May we make the whole world noble). The purpose of MAV is to make human life sattvik (Spiritually pure) and positive by spreading the practice of meditation, Sanatan Vedic Dharma and Indian knowledge systems. Spiritual research has shown that every aspect of Indian culture is designed to emit high positive energy.
