Yogi Adityanath performs yogasanas alongside Baba Ramdev
Prayagraj – Union Home Minister Amit Shah is on a visit to Prayagraj and on January 27th, he took a holy dip at the Triveni Sangam. Along with him, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Mahamandaleshwar Swami Avadheshanand Giri of Juna Akhara and Yoga Rishi Ramdev Baba also took a dip. After that, amidst the chanting of mantras, the Saints applied sandalwood on Shah’s forehead.
After taking a dip, Amit Shah performed puja and aarti of Ganga river at Triveni Sangm along with his family. He also had darshan of Akshayya Vata. Swami Chidanand Saraswati, president of Parmarth Niketan Ashram, performed havan before Shah’s arrival. Shah interacted with the Sadhus and Saints at the Juna Akhada and also had lunch with them.
