
Washington (US) – US Supreme Court has permitted extradition of Tahawwur Rana, a terrorist of Pakistani origin, and an accused in 26/11 Mumbai terror attack. The consent has been granted under the India-US extradition treaty. Tahawwur Rana was arrested in the US in 2009.

As stated in the chargesheet, Rana is linked with Pakistani intelligence agency ISI and terrorist outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba. Rana was an accomplice of the main accused David Coleman. He had played a major role in planning the attack.
