Hindu organisations and the ABVP have demanded the removal of the Mazar from the school premises. This is an instance of ‘land jihad.’ While students are studying, people visit to perform rituals for ghostly exorcism and offer chadars at the Mazar. A demand has been made to the administration to remove the Mazar from the school premises.”
School Principal Sunita Jain stated that she had submitted a request to the administration to remove the Mazar one and a half years ago, but no action has been taken yet.
