Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray faction’s Sushama Andhare exhibits her low intellect
Pune – “Jaideep Apte’s association with ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ has become clear with his interview published in this newspaper,” stated Sushma Andhare, a leader of the Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray (UBT) faction, during a press conference. On 4thDecember 2023, on the occasion of Indian Navy Day, a statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was erected at Rajkot Fort in Malvan. Following this, a journalist from Sanatan Prabhat interviewed Jaideep Apte and published his interview. This statue collapsed on 26thAugust 2024. Referring to this interview, Andhare criticised Sanatan Prabhat.
1. She asked in the press conference, how can a person, who cannot erect statues which are not even 1-1/2 ft height, be given such a big job ? Was this task assigned to him because of his friendship with Nitesh Rane ? What does this relationship signify ?
2. On 28thAugust 2024, during the ‘Malvan Bandh’ agitation, there were verbal clashes between the leaders of the ‘Maha Vikas Aghadi’ and BJP leader Narayan Rane, which created a tense atmosphere. Against this backdrop, Sushama Andhare held a press conference in Pune.
Does the response given by Apte in the interview given to ‘Sanatan Prabhat’, indicate a hidden agenda ?
Communal comments by NCP’s Amol Mitkari with reference to the interview published in ‘Sanatan Prabhat’
Mumbai – “Krishnaji Bhaskar Kulkarni had injured Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj by attacking him with a chain. What did Apte want to convey by making a statue with a mark of this injury ? Was there some hidden agenda behind Apte’s response in the interview given to ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ ?” asked NCP leader Amol Mitkari, making baseless allegations. Mitkari further stated that a novice sculptor named Apte from Thane made a statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. What was Apte trying to convey by making a statue with an injury on Maharaj’s left eyebrow ? What is the history behind this ? Was it all pre-planned ? Did he get the contract based on this ? Answers need to be found to these questions.
