New Delhi – The Supreme Court has refused to conduct a re-examination, stating that there is no malpractice in the NEET-UG 2024 (National Eligibility Entrance Test) examination case. The leaking of question papers was not widespread, but was confined only to Patna, the capital of Bihar, and Hazaribagh; The court has also said that NTA (National Test Agency) should take more care. Students across the country expressed their anger over the NEET examination. A petition was filed in the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court said that the Union Government should think about the mess that happened this year. Such incidents should not happen anymore. The entire examination process is smooth. The court also said that the committee constituted in this matter should submit its report by 30th September 2024.
